Inventory and reseller network for a Mac refurbisher
A platform to organize refurbished Mac inventory, sell through resellers and know who owes what — all from a phone.
The code is private and the client is described without their name.
The problem
Inventory lived in Excel sheets and WhatsApp messages. With resellers who either buy units or take them on consignment, it was hard to know which machine was where, what had sold and what was still owed.
The system
- Inventory is organized by model and configuration, and new batches import straight from Excel.
- Each reseller has an account with purchased or consigned units and their commission calculated automatically.
- The owner gets a dashboard with sales, balance and accounts receivable.
- Everything is built to be used from a phone, which is where the business actually runs.
The result
✎ [RESULT: real measured outcome (time saved, errors avoided, etc.)]
It started as a demo meant to be presented from a phone, and I built it so it can grow into a real product without a rewrite.
